Based in Sydney, Vinh works alongside Up Wealth's advisers as an Associate, helping clients build wealth, plan for retirement, and gain the financial confidence to make meaningful life decisions.

I love seeing the genuine impact this work has on people's lives, not just financially but on their confidence and peace of mind. 

When clients come to us after a loss, a change, or a period of upheaval, they're understandably hesitant to make financial decisions, even decisions that would genuinely improve their lives. 

Often, there's a dream sitting in the background. Something they've wanted for years that would mean a lot to them and their family, but they're not sure they can afford it without compromising their security. We look at the full picture, build a plan, and give them the confidence to move forward, knowing their long-term future is secure.

When clients come back months later to share photos of their family enjoying the experiences they were once hesitant to commit to, it reinforces the importance of the work we do.  It provides me with genuine fulfilment from helping people move forward with financial confidence.

Outside work, I've just started learning tennis. I enjoy hiking, bush walking, and keeping active. I'd rather jump rope for an hour than run for 20 minutes. I really like going to art galleries and museums. And Taylor Swift is my favourite musician.
