Tammy works with clients navigating financial complexity. She helps them build and protect wealth, plan for retirement, navigate aged care, and pass wealth on to the next generation.

I love the mix of caring deeply for clients and getting to apply my technical side to solve problems. My clients feel like family. I've worked with many of them for decades and helped them through some of the biggest moments of their lives.

The work I'm proudest of is the work that simplifies someone's world. I've sat with clients who have inherited messes, completely overwhelmed and ready to unwind everything just to make it stop. Rather than tear it all down, we educate. We coach. We turn complexity into something they can understand and manage. Over time, the structures stay, but the stress lifts. 

Clients tell me they finally feel on top of things, ready for a new phase of life.

I'm equally proud of the moments where the technical detail genuinely changes someone's financial position. I've had clients with potential tax bills that ran into the tens, sometimes hundreds of thousands. By looking at their full circumstances, applying the right strategies, and asking the questions no one else thought to ask, we've saved them serious money. One client bought a new car with what we saved them. Another gifted the savings to their children. That's the work. Applying knowledge and experience to make real differences in people's lives.

Outside work, I'm a single parent to two teenagers. At the moment, I'm learning about vivariums, bonsai, and succulents. I'm crafty too, painting and getting into paludarium aquascaping. When I want to escape the city, I couch dive into YouTube vlogs about self-builds, homesteading, and gardening. All the things you can't do from an apartment.

A fun fact, my middle name is Zena. Tomazena is an old family name that traces back, very, very distantly, to an ancestor of Queen Elizabeth I. My grandmother kept a tattered old family tree just to prove it.
