Saskia de Puit

Saskia plays a dual role at Up Wealth. As a Client Relationship Manager, she supports advisers and clients across the advice process. As Financial Accounts Manager, she works on the business itself, keeping the operational side running smoothly.

I love watching clients make decisions they thought might be out of reach, then seeing the relief and joy that follows. This often happens during major life transitions such as selling a beloved home, moving into a retirement village, or making a major contribution into superannuation. These are huge steps, often emotionally heavy and financially significant, and clients can feel stuck or overwhelmed before they go for it. 

This is where we come in. Walking clients through the process, handling the technical side, and being there as they take that step. It brings me great joy to take the administrative burden off clients and lend a helping hand wherever I can. When clients tell us they couldn't have done it without us, it paints a smile on my face for the rest of the day. 

I am equally passionate about helping people make the best choices for them as I am about keeping the books nice and neat. The Financial Accounts side of the business is rewarding for its mix of practical and intellectual components. I thrive off a sense of order and structure, making it all balance. 

Originally from Switzerland, I moved to Australia in March 2020 to fulfil a dream of living abroad – and now I will never leave! Australia has truly become my home and the place I want to stay long term. Outside work, I love spending time with my husband Jack, family and friends, volunteering at church and attending bible study, and renovating our very colourful home.
