As a Senior Paraplanner and Client Relationship Manager, Pamela works closely with Up Wealth's advisers and clients, turning complex rules and strategies into clear, practical advice. She has a special interest in Personal Injury services.

I love taking complex rules and turning them into clear, practical strategies that the advisers and clients can actually use. Supporting them through life's changes and uncertainties is the part I find most meaningful.

Where I'm at my best is when something has gone wrong and needs to be fixed. I've put in formal review requests with Centrelink that took two years to resolve, then watched debts repaid in full and clients refunded. 

I've helped get Age Pension payments reinstated and back-paid for clients who'd been cut off. 

I've stopped scammers from accessing client information. 

And I've supported clients through difficult times where the technical work and the personal support carry equal weight.

Outside the advice side, I love getting involved in automation and robotics projects. I also assist where I can within the paraplanning industry, including auditing new financial advisers and providing mentoring. My specialty is Personal Injury services.

Outside work, I'm into cleaning, gardening, reading, music, making paper flowers, and heading off on adventures. I'm also involved in case studies for Dr Tania Perich and the Black Dog Institute, helping test and improve mental health treatment in Australia and worldwide.
