Anna Ivanova

As a Client Service Officer at Up Wealth, Anna supports advisers and clients throughout the advice process, driven by a passion for helping people, solving problems, and creating a positive client experience.

Having recently graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Economics and a minor in Mandarin Chinese, I am excited to be building my career in the financial planning industry. While I am new to the profession, I enjoy learning the technical side of advice, navigating different platforms, and developing the knowledge needed to help clients make more informed financial decisions.

What I enjoy most about my role is being able to support clients throughout their journey. Whether I am helping arrange meetings with advisers, implementing recommendations behind the scenes, answering questions, or simply making a coffee when you visit the office, I enjoy being part of the team that helps create a seamless and positive experience. I find it rewarding knowing that even the small things can contribute to helping people feel supported and confident about their financial future!

Outside of work, you'll often find me Latin dancing, exploring Canberra's food scene with my husband, Ali, or planning my next travel adventure. I love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures, whether that's through food, language, or travel!

A few fun facts about me: I represented New South Wales in women's ultimate frisbee and was part of the team that won a gold medal at a tournament in Ballarat. I've also had the incredible opportunity to swim with manta rays and trek to an altitude of over 4,200 metres near the Himalayas!
